Inconsistent housekeeping services during my stay left issues unresolved for days. The elevator was often out of service, causing significant inconvenience, especially during peak times when access to my room was difficult.

Awesome stay with warm cookies!

We stayed here for 3 nights, and it was awesome! Hailey at the front desk was super friendly and helped us after a bad experience at another place. The room was spotless, and omg, cookie hour after a long drive was the best! Only thing is the pool could’ve been a bit bigger.

The check in process was smooth, I mean, they had cookies and milk waiting for us, how often does that happen? The room was clean and the beds, man, they were like clouds, made for a perfect night’s sleep.

The pool was clean and enjoyable, and the cookies at night were a sweet touch! Plus, the gym facilities rocked—very modern and well-equipped.

During our stay, we loved how close we were to Suson Park, just a short walk away, and the Missouri Civil War Museum was a quick drive that offered fascinating insights, making our weekend explorations truly enjoyable. the hotel staff were friendly, and we appreciated having spacious room amenities for our family needs.

The suite offered ample space, making it easy for the family to spread out and relax during our stay. The breakfast selection included a nice variety to start the day with, catering to everyone’s preferences.

Unaccompanied minors, primarily from a ball team, caused quite a scene, running through the hallways and being boisterous in the pool. It felt like they were everywhere, especially near the food areas, which detracted from a peaceful experience. I get kids will be kids, but housing large groups in one wing might help contain the chaos, and ensure a more pleasant atmosphere for families seeking downtime.

The stay was excellent. The rooms are spacious with a mini fridge and microwave. I enjoyed the warm cookie welcome and the free breakfast options were varied. The staff were helpful and the pool was clean. Definitely a great choice for families! 🍪
